Olympique Lyonnais is a football club from France founded in 1950. The club is owned by Jean-Michel Aulas, a businessman from the Rhone region.

Aulas bought the club in 1987, and since then has transformed it into one of the world’s most valuable football clubs. The club is now listed on the European Stock Exchange and its shares are among the most valuable in France.

Team Changed

In 1887, the team changed its name to the Ardwick Association Football Club and in 1894, the club became Manchester City.
